Sian McHugh

HR Manager

Sian started at SH&P as Personal Assistant to the Trade Mark Partners and as a Secretary in 2007, having had three years’ previous Administration experience. Sian gained the ILEX Legal Secretarial Diploma in 2005, and has later passed the OCR Business Administration level 4 Diploma.

Sian previously had an active role in IT and telecoms support and was the main contact for courier services, recruitment and training. Having later become heavily involved in HR administration such as recruitment, staff contracts and personnel issues, and regularly participating in employment law webinars, Sian become HR Manager in 2024.

Sian enjoys charitable fundraising activities at SH&P. Over the years she has helped the firm raise thousands of pounds for local charities in the Bristol area.
